Assembly system

The Housing Metallic Modules have a special system to enable immediate assembly and disassembly of the floor, walls and roof. This system also allows the modules to be coupled and overlapped.

Step-by-step:
After leveling and compacting the soil, the assembly work is done with the use of a crane truck. In the following sequence:

1st fastening of the footings in the chassis
2nd fastening of the back wall in the chassis
3rd fastening of the lateral walls
4th fastening of the front wall (door)
5th fastening of the ceiling in the walls of the module to conclude the assembly.

Footings of the Module
Made of zinc-plated, grade B steel, with thickness of 2.66 mm.

disassembled modules in packaging that varies from five to seven units or an already assembled unit.

8 disassembled units (EB 13/0) in a 40 Ft Hc container.

Basic requirements

Leveled, compacted floor with free access for the arrival of trucks close to the assembly site.
